Construction Surveying

Our small and friendly team of 4 surveyors can work in with your project to help ensure a smooth process from start to finish.

We provide a reliable and efficient site surveying service to complete all construction tasks including document control and CAD analysis, survey control placement, deck and slab set out, asbuilt of building structures and internal fit out, steel set out and building monitoring.

Our equipment includes Trimble S series total stations and TSC7 controllers. Our data is checked and available via cloud at all times, as well as being supported by an office surveyor. Our Surveyors all have EWP tickets (scissor lift) and two surveyors have high risk licenses for boom lifts >11m.

Two surveyors are rail inducted in Victoria and all surveyors have Melbourne Airport ASIC access, if required.

Please note: if you are looking to survey your property boundary, or anything to do with land title, you will need a licensed or registered land surveyor.
